Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Optivita Trading. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Order cut-off time is 10AM (GMT+02:00) South Africa Standard Time (Johannesburg). This means your order will only be shipped the following day.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic is currently our only deliverable location (South Africa)
Shipment method: Standard Courier
Estimated delivery time: 1-4 business days depending on proximity to major metros
Shipment cost: R70.00
Total shipping time will be 2-6 days.
Please note that transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Customs and Import Taxes
Any extra costs related to import/customs taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own province’s policy on importing goods, as Optivita Trading cannot provide this information.
Shipment Tracking
Optivita Trading provides tracking numbers once they are available and the shipment has been made. Once your order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, containing a tracking number so you can trace your order.
Delays
Optivita Trading is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays due to natural or uncontrollable events, including customs clearance. We cannot control these delays, and transit time estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.
Undelivered Packages
If the customer is not available at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any authorized person, the product will be returned to Optivita Trading.
Wrong Delivery Address
Optivita Trading is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages caused by incorrect shipping addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.
Secure Delivery Address
We recommend providing a secure delivery address, such as your home or workplace. Optivita Trading is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels if the address is provided incorrectly.
Shipping Completed
Each delivery is considered completed once the product has been made available to the buyer, as confirmed by the courier company’s tracking system.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order has shipped, we can accept cancellations at any time before dispatch. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy.
