We started our journey working with special needs children, beginning with small group classes focused on introducing fitness, community, and an understanding of what it means to eat well, move your body, and think positively.

That experience taught us a great deal about the challenges people face, both young and old. It instilled in us a deeper sense of empathy and kindness, and reinforced the importance of becoming better, not just for ourselves, but for those around us.

We found that doing something consistently helped us overcome made up mountains. With the right changes, patterns and aid, humans are able to change their lives drastically within a short amount of time. Sometimes we just need a little help and that is where we would like to fit in. 

We are passionate about self-improvement and well-being, and we bring that same dedication into everything we do. Our focus is on supporting people who genuinely want to improve their lives by offering quality products that make a real, noticeable difference.

Having all grown up in South Africa, we are passionate about South Africans and helping them along their journey in improvement. Our mission is to provide trusted local service along with high quality products to help and inspire people to improve themselves. As we grow we plan to manufacture as many products locally as we possibly can! We are well on our way to achieving that goal!
